Visionary Art & Plant Medicine Slideshow Presentation

Mariela is a Chilean born painter whose painting career spans over 3 decades. She will be sharing her life story as to how she was guided to delve into studies of Shamanism and her inspiration behind her paintings. She researched Meso-American artwork in Pre-Columbian textiles and pottery which became intertwined with her plant medicine work. All of this trajectory culminated in her vibrant, colorful and inspiring paintings now in display at Soft Medicine Sanctuary. Her spiritual practices and knowledge of herbs and Plants of Power has allowed her to endure and even thrive through a long battle with breast cancer. She will be available for Q&A after the slide show presentation.
